What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns on handmade items. A 50% deposit is made on ordering and we ensure you are happy with the item and it’s fitting before the other 50% is paid. We strive to ensure every garment is made to perfection for each individual customer.
Orders on the boutique items can be returned if there is a fault with the item. Please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the matter.
When will I get my order?
Turn around on hand made items is between 2-4 weeks. This is due to the wait time for fabrics and the process of it being made. We ensure we complete orders as quickly as possible. All boutique items will be delivered within 3-4 working days if shipping is within the UK.
Where are your products manufactured?
All our bespoke garments are manufactured in house by Katie. We purchase fabrics with in the UK and ensure they are always of very high standards. The process from there is all done by hand! Meaning every garment is individual.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is £5 around the UK and £10 to Ireland.
How long has Katie Louise been making clothes?
Katie has 5 years experience being a seamstress. She is qualified in textiles and has been producing clothing since the age of 17! Every day she strives to improve and ensure her technical skills are up to great standard.
